We have been living at The Grays for several months now and love it. The entire complex from the buildings to parking lots, pool to gym, is kept so clean and has beautiful landscaping due to a very caring and attentive staff. We experienced an issue with our air conditioning during hot weather and our issue was fully resolved within a few short hours by Jonathan F! While I was expecting to deal with an issue like this for a prolonged period of time, Jonathan and Kayla both handled the situation... and made sure the issue was taken care of the same day! The kindness the management gives is so special and important in a community feel and that is what The Grays shows.

Love it here
Just renewed my lease here, this will be my 2nd year at Hallmark. Love the location and how convinient it is centrally located. The office lady is nice and always has a smile on her face, very welcoming.
