Overall Experience My experience at this property has consistently fallen below acceptable standards. Although the location is workable, ongoing maintenance failures, comfort issues, repeated water shut-offs, and sudden policy changes have made the apartment increasingly difficult to live in. Maintenance & Responsiveness Maintenance has been unreliable and slow to respond. Several issues remained unresolved for extended periods, including a prolonged lack of hot water that required repeated... follow-ups before any action was taken. In addition, management has shut off the water multiple times, often without adequate notice or explanation. Interruptions to essential services like hot water and running water are unacceptable and demonstrate a clear lack of urgency and accountability. Building Cleanliness & Condition Common areas frequently appear neglected. Hallways, stairwells, and exterior spaces often lack regular cleaning, and trash areas are inconsistently maintained. The overall condition suggests insufficient oversight and routine care. Comfort & Habitability Temperature control inside the unit is inadequate. The cooling system struggles during warm weather, and airflow is uneven throughout the apartment. These issues directly affect daily comfort and make the unit difficult to inhabit during hotter periods. Noise & Environmental Factors Noise transmission is high, with sound traveling easily through walls and ceilings. Exterior noise is also frequently disruptive, indicating poor insulation and insufficient soundproofing. Sudden Rule Changes Management has implemented abrupt rule changes without proper notice or explanation. These sudden policy shifts create confusion and disrupt daily living. Clear communication and reasonable notice should be standard practice, but they have not been consistently provided. Value for Cost Considering the unresolved maintenance issues, repeated water shut-offs, comfort challenges, building conditions, and unexpected rule changes, the apartment does not justify its cost. Comparable housing options in the area offer better value and more reliable management. Final Assessment Due to persistent maintenance problems, lack of hot water, repeated water shut-offs, sudden rule changes, and overall decline in living conditions, I am actively pursuing alternative housing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property to others seeking a dependable and well-maintained place to live.

VERY BAD MANAGEMENT!
You get what you pay for. The rent is cheap for a reason. Peeling countertops due to lousy paint job. Half the outlets don't work. Black mold in vents. Floors peeling and ceilings bowing due to water damage. They're very unprofessional. If they don't want to do something then they won't return any calls or emails. Don't keep their word. Run far far away!!!

meh
As other reviewers have stated- units have been painted and patched up instead of upgrades being made. Ceilings and showers are peeling from age. A/C on the second level is nonexistent. Lots of sketchy activity goes on here: non-residents dump their trash here, constant smell of weed, and loud music. Basketball goal was a nice thing at first, but then groups who don’t even live in the community broke it. Pool has not been open for use in the 18 months I’ve lived here. Maintenance group overall... is not bad. Charging for a valet trash service when dumps are no more than 50ft from any front door is unnecessary.

Don't even....
The apartments were built in the 70s and all the units I've seen look like it. They have been patched up and painted vs remodeled. My apartment has mold in the ac vents and other places that I have to constantly fight. The ceiling paint is falling off due to moisture issues. There's water leaks all the time. If something breaks it's like pulling teeth to get it fixed properly. People outside smoking weed and making noise all hours of the day and night. I like to keep my window open and I can't... due to the smell. The longer youre here the more you pay. You'll end up paying more than someone moving in even if you have been a loyal renter. The AC system is terrible because they are so old I guess. It barely blows in some areas. It has to constantly run so it drives up your power bill. Even though the location is super convenient if I have options I won't be renewing unless things change drastically.
