WORST place to move into, to bring your family over, or to even just start anew. My family and I decided to move out here at the end of December in 2022 and prior to the move in, we had our open house tour and had already saw some issues with the apartment itself. Has big cracks on the floor where you can and will find sharp object, rusted sharp nails and screws (our child every time he played always picked up and found something), and the drawers aren't fully done as well as the lighting will... fall from ceiling with any small clutter or bang from rooms in upstairs portion.
When we went for the open house there were some holes in the bathroom wall and other walls as well and we were told that they were going to be fixed prior to us moving in - NEVER HAPPENED - we then asked management to come and fix them, they said they would, yet never did either.
It also seems like they are just renting to fill the void because the people that live there are people that did not follow lease, so why have a lease and have everyone sign it if there won't be any consequences when they are broken? People did not respect that the whole building had quiet hours, and to top it all off, there was an altercation where the next-door neighbor went ahead and physically pushed another neighbor - I heard that neighbor's partner call management and yet no one came as well as no action was taken for it.
To pay so much to not have peace and to feel like I have to look over my shoulder is not okay. This place gives false hopes just to fill voids and not be at the building anymore.

Is management even around?
Neighbors argue/slam things and doors to the point it doesn’t make you feel safe. People smoke all kinds of stuff and it gets into other people’s apartments. Management must do better. Or at least be present.
