Between the exposed brick and lofted ceilings the apartment had character and was more than spacious! The management team responded super quickly with increased cleaning protocols at the start of the pandemic and was also helpful when I contacted them with an issue. Easy walking distance to great food, bars and the new pedestrian bridge by the river walk.

Very small apartments, not worth the money. Management continuously provides false promises, saying they will get things done and it is never followed through.

Walls are paper thin, can hear people below you, above you, and next door to you. Not to mention majority of the residents are college students.

- Some apartments are damaged (the 03’s) and the management don’t acknowledge it.

the floor from one side was not “attached” to the wall so you could hear the neighbor under you (and above you) as if they’re your roommates.

- Smell travels through the floor!

don’t stay here unless you absolutely need to / and also don’t sign 12 months unless you’re sure of the apartment (try to try a month) or simply find a better property.
