Our home is one half of a sunny 3-story duplex. The first floor has an entry hall, a fully renovated kitchen, dining room, living room, and a half-bath. The second floor offers 3 bedrooms (one with a California King bed, one with a Queen bed, and one... with a bunk bed with twin mattresses) and a full bathroom with double sinks, a large shower, and laundry (stacked washer and dryer). There are garden beds around the property that are available for tenant use and a wildflower garden that returns every Spring in the median on Elmgrove Street. Some storage space could be made available in the attic on the 3rd floor and in the unfinished basement if needed.
