I've lived here going on 5 years I love it the apts are clean and modern the property is beautiful well taken care of its quiet and peaceful you can sit outside and listen to the birds and children laughing and being kids a safe caring community the maintenance team are the best anytime you need something they are right there to take care of it Andrew in front office is pleasant and cares about the complex and don't forget the pool a beautiful place to live if your looking for a close... knit community and a peaceful getaway from the stress of everyday life I suggest you look into shorewood apts.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE..
Unless you want to live in a disgusting mess. They don't let you see the unit before giving a deposit. Then when you see how bad the place is they tell you they're keeping your money. Straight robbery.

Enjoying my time here
Have lived in many different complexes & this place is great. My 2bed/1.5 bath townhouse is HUGE (& the price is a steal). AC upstairs & downstairs. Cute little back patio. Always many parking spaces available. Friendly neighbors, quiet & safe. Plus they allow pets & have w/d in unit (hard to find in Rhode Island!). Management is great too & the maintenance guys are awesome! Great location near to Mineral Springs/146 (but no loud traffic). I will be renewing my lease!

Happy Place
I love living here the inside is clean all kind of closet and kitchen cardboard space. My bathroom is squeaky clean. It’s quiet in a nice neighborhood. I can’t wait to use the pool in the Summer.
