its a dump, pics are fixed up, the place inside floods, mice, broken everything, property Manager is a joke thinks everyone is sucker, and if you have walking issues to get in/out overcome big steps, there is no ADA compliance here.
Parking is a nightmare, laundry machines cost an arm an leg to have them smell like mold, and in the window air-conditioners work sometimes when its not hot outside,

Bainbridge Apartments is a great place to live. I lived there for a year. This place has amenities galore. They have laundry in the building, which is very convenient. Also, on site they have a gym and a pool for you to use. It is a quiet place to live and is located near schools, shopping, and food. It is only about 15 minutes from Providence, Rhode Island. There were other people in place when we moved in 5 years ago, and in 2017 management and maintenance both switched over. Since then we have seen major property improvements, fast response to maintenance issues, and friendly/approachable interactions.

This is a quiet location but close to highway access, both of which are important to our family.

Close to all of the major highways, centrally located in Rhode Island, and a joy to live at. I felt compelled to write this review because of a review below which stated there had been "3 property managers in 6 months". I've lived at Bainbridge for 3 years, and I can confirm that isn't true. There has been one management shift only, which is expected over time.

During my stay, everything has been great. Both managers have always responded quickly and courteously to any requests or questions.... Maintenance is smooth and easy and rarely needed. Anywhere you go, if you live there long enough, sinks will back up, toilets will need work, and closet doors will need replacing. I've never had to wait more than a day to get anything fixed, and they work around your schedule.

Even as my family is preparing to leave Bainbridge to start a new adventure as homeowners, I've got nothing but positive feedback for Bainbridge. Highly RECOMMEND to STAY AWAY from this location as it is a nightmare of a place to live. They have had ZERO Management for the past 6 months and this place has been deplorable for anybody with Kids or a Family. Our apartment constantly had LEAKING PIPES, ROTTING WOOD ON PORCH, DIRTY OLD AIR CONDITIONER, AND VERY VERY LIMITED HOT WATER SO IF YOU LIKE 10 MINUTE SHOWERS YOU'RE OUT OF LUCK!!!

For the Price they charge for Rent they seem to be Doing the VERY VERY BARE MINIMUM To keep the place... running. BTW there have been 3 Property MANAGERS in the last 6 months SO let that sink in.... Read More
