Property manager cant follow guidelines spelled out in application process.
Perspective tenants beware!!! Management can’t follow they’re own application process, signed a document that was clean cut and clear and they went against it. They can only hold a deposit for 7 days before the document becomes null in void. They in the end will keep it no matter what. Unfortunately going to have to jump through hoops to get my deposit back. Avoid these property at all costs!

Very nice staff! especially Amy- Archana and Gurubaran
i have been living in Chateau Sucrest for the past 3 months. From the get go the staff were very accommodating and helpful for the registration process. the maintenance here was very very impressive contrary to the reviews. Any complaint is answered within the next day or 2. The tenants here are very nice and welcoming. I am very content here and am planning to stay here a long long time!!!
