As an incoming college student, meeting new people was a concern and 109 has made it so easy to get involved and attend events where you can socialize with other residents. I really like how 109 tries to appeal to everyone with their perks that comes with being a resident and the extra security to ensure the safety of their residents. The noise can get a bit out of hand but then again that's normal for a student apartment.

I really enjoy living at 109 Towers. It is a great, safe community that is conducive to college living. It is also convenient because of its location but it is in the vicinity of great night life and the beach as well. The customer service is also amazing. I have had no issues with 109.
