This is my first month living here and it has been okay. I have a furnished one bedroom and I definitely think it is worth the cost. It has a beautiful kitchen and living room. Now for the cons, I wish they gave you a key instead of the fob scanner thing because it takes so many swipes for the fob to open doors. Not good when your ha ... Read More at Yelp

The staff at Roosevelt Point is amazing! I suffer from seizures and have lived here for 3 years. The staff have always treated me with respect and go out of there way to make sure I am ok and am taken care of being so far away from family. Though living here can be expensive it is well worth it an amazing community! Read More at Facebook

I lived on the same floor for both apartments. Everyone was either nice or completely non-existent for the most part. This is a fantastic, chic, modern urban complex. It combines the industrial feel of downtown with warm, high end finishes. Its community areas are impeccably maintained and open twenty-four hours a day. Pros: The location is great for people who love the downtown lifestyle and don't like to drive. The community areas are also pretty spectacular. The pool and jacuzzi are on par with modern five star hotels, and the quiet courtyard has an outdoor fireplace and barbecues. ... I feel conflicted reviewing the Roosevelt because it's basically like... home. Very cool place. I don't feel right calling this converted house a bar; it's more like a laidback, casual but elegant place to kick back with your buddies (or a date) while sipping on good beer or a nice glass of wine.
