I struggled with a persistent roach infestation throughout my entire tenancy at this property—from the time I moved in until my departure nearly two years later back in late COVID period. I repeatedly requested pest control services. While staff occasionally responded, they often did not, and when they did, the treatments were ineffective. Some other residents on my floor experienced the same problem, and at least two neighbors were very vocal about it.

I remained patient and cooperative and... chose to work with management rather than report the issue to local authorities, largely because I was unaware at the time that this was even a reportable condition. During my final year, I independently discovered a powdered roach treatment that was effective and was finally able to keep my apartment pest-free.

Upon moving out, the property confiscated my security deposit and applied exorbitant, itemized deductions for unrelated reasons. When I wrote to the property manager to dispute these charges, I was met with insulting language and was unjustly accused of being responsible for the roach problem.

This is my second year as a resident of Wyncote House. It has been a great experience so far and I am really happy here.

The staff are equally friendly and knowledgeable. Each staff member is pleasant and always willing to provide any assistance needed.

In two years I have needed maintenance twice. Each time I had a prompt one time response to my requests. The building is always clean and well lit. The security provided brings a very safe and secure lifestyle. I particularly enjoy the... new package system.

I've lived here for 3 years. I have seen only positive improvements in the amenities, cleanliness and staff. It's a great bargain compared with other apartments in the area.

I have had 4 wonderful years living here. I have a renovated spacious, one bedroom apartment with a lovely terrace overlooking Jenkintown.
The staff at the front desk are wonderful, always attentive to your needs and the management staff has been great renovating public spaces and getting things done. I love having the front desk covered 24/7 and I feel very safe here.
The huge lobby area is very clean and comfortable. The location of the Wyncote House is phenomenal. Four elevators run all the... time and it is NEVER a lengthy wait. The hallways are getting redone and lighting is certainly ample.
Truth be told, I have barely had a complaint over the years. I feel very much at home here and I do not see myself going anywhere else.
