Why is it ok? The laundry facilities are not cleaned well, sometimes one machine available because the old machines break. The air conditioning units are old & not reliable during the Summer. People have large dogs, no doggie popping areas. People will grill and the smoke will come into your apartment. The office lady is not that welcoming, lol. People smoke Marijuana, you will smell it in the dusty spider web door hallways. The trees are old around the buildings you don't know if they will... fall on the building or cars. The maintenance here is great, everyone is super friendly, and I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area! It's certainly not perfect but it's a great balance between price and comfort.
