Horrible horrible horrible apartment.

Beware, if you decide to move here walls are thin and doors are very poor to reducing sound from the hallway. Most important come after hours and scope out your building. Neighbors can be annoying, we have a person one apartment over which we share a wall against the bedroom and they put his/her dog in a cage and it will bark throughout the whole night when he/she leaves while I’m trying to sleep. I have left a note for the person complaining of the loud... noise and reached out to the apartment management and nothing was resolved. If you don’t mind bad smells, loud noises and a somewhat annoying parking complex then this is your spot.

Management will show you a very up to date good looking apartment and provide knowledge with cool amenities and bonuses that are included, but it’s not worth it in the end. If you find a 2 bedroom and it’s not facing a neighbor side to side that will be your best place to pick.

DO NOT rent here!!! Entire building infested with cockroaches and they’ll spray but it makes them worse save your money and time as they don’t refund. Moved in and moving out immediately

Maybe not all the buildings but DONT CHANCE MOVING IN TO 1178 KING BUILDING!!

At first I loved the complex. But they added rules and take out amenities, for example now the pool rules are that only 1guest is allowed which I found insane. Then on top of that the gym as been 50%reduced and machines taken out. Now there is only 1bench, few sets of dumbbells(which are incomplete) and 4cardio machines, is not possible to complete a upper body workout here, if you are a person that really enjoy this amenities regularly then I would think about it.

I am a graduate student and this is my first apartment on my own. The office staff is great, especially Tracy! I asked her a million questions before and after move in, as this is a new experience for me. She always answered me in a timely fashion and I felt at home quickly. Although sometimes the halls can smell like foods, it has never been located inside my apartment which is great! Kids will run through the halls here and then, but that is what is expected from children, and when you are... living in an apartment complex. Kids are kids! (This also only happened a handful of times) I also love being on the second floor instead of having the problem of possible children running on the floor above/hearing every noise they make. So keep that in mind with any apartment complex! Something that sold me on this complex is having a laundry unit inside my specific apartment. I also feel very safe here and the parking lots are also lit at night. The only thing I would be weary of is having packages delivered (which is not the complexes fault), twice I've had someone else's packages inside of my mailbox. I have took them to the office to be given to the correct apartment; however, this makes me questionable to have packages delivered here so I still have them sent to my parents house for when I visit them!
