Cozy & Modern Two-Bedroom

The structure of this building complex can instill a great sense of community. However, the walls between the units are pretty thin, so neighboring residents can be easily heard. There is also no elevator for residents moving in and out of the second and third floors. The apartments themselves are truly lovely, with hardwood floors, granite counter tops and some furniture/electronics included that make the cost of rent worth paying. It is best to have a maximum of two roommates living in one... apartment, though, as there is only one bathroom and would be pleasantly cozy with two people roaming around. With four residents, the apartment would definitely feel cramped and crowded. Three could be doable. The closets are quite spacious, but the kitchen can be tight if two people need to access it; for example, the refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven cannot be opened at the same time.

Note: If you are looking to live in this building, I would suggest trying to get Unit #C5. It is a corner unit, so it has an extra two feet of space with a bay window area in the living room. The unique thing about C5 is that it is the only unit with 3 parking spaces (4 if you park one of the cars in) as opposed to the two that all other units are allowed.
