Management is completely unresponsive and shows zero care for their residents. It’s all about the money. My daughter had to take a medical leave halfway through the year and couldn’t return the following year. Despite multiple attempts from both her and us to communicate and find a solution, management ignored us entirely. They offered no guidance, no flexibility, and no help whatsoever. We’re now stuck paying for an unused apartment and trying to find someone to take over the lease on our own... . Do yourself a favor don’t rent here or let your student sign a lease. The lack of compassion and communication is shocking.

Gym wasn't fixed. Long term problems like gas turning off and stuff wasn't fixed. Apart from that it was ok. They are always understaffed. The manager never talks directly

Terrible. Mold since the air conditioner literally didn’t work, had to move out early because no one came and fixed it (they just said nothing was leaking and left) still charged rent after all that, unexplainable fees….

Overall, a great place for students to live. A little overpriced for what you get, but it is nice to have your own bedroom and bathroom if you live in a 4x4.
Staff is generally very helpful whether you visit in person at the office or through email.
