Good apartment, the rent is low compared to other spots around state college. Staff is nice and the rules aren't too strict. It is probably the best value apartment in the area.

Very good experience so far. Lots of room in the apartments. All typical appliances included, laundry is not in unit but very easily accessible.

Very good spot. A little farther down from the main areas downtown. However, super close to campus and can be as quick as a 10 minute walk. The place is pretty clean and maintenance is quite nice.

Meridian on College Ave is very convenient as it is walking distance to the university. Access to CATA is also very flexible. I would recommend this apartment to my friends.

The staff is friendly and always have fun incentives in the front office. I have enjoyed living here so far and I have renewed for next year. Only downside is that on site parking is VERY expensive. I wish it was more reasonable.
