I live here and it is a great place to be. The staff are very welcoming and get to know you as friends not just workers. Gabi is one example of this, as she is my good friend. The service is quick and the apartments are comfortable. Honestly I’m happy I live away from the main yard where all of the parties go off all, but if that’s your thing you’ll like it there.

If you want to live off campus The Heights is your best option, best setup apartment out of any place I have lived in Slip especially for the price compared to other places, super friendly environment in the office and maintenance is taken care of in a quick time frame. Also everyone who lives here are super friendly giving a great sense of community.

I’ve lived at the heights for a few years now and I’ve loved it. I love the clubhouse and all the amenities. The girls in the office are super friendly and helpful. Anytime I’ve had an issue with anything, it gets resolved pretty fast. I’d definitely recommend living here.
