If you want to live off campus The Heights is your best option, best setup apartment out of any place I have lived in Slip especially for the price compared to other places, super friendly environment in the office and maintenance is taken care of in a quick time frame. Also everyone who lives here are super friendly giving a great sense of community.

I’ve lived at the heights for a few years now and I’ve loved it. I love the clubhouse and all the amenities. The girls in the office are super friendly and helpful. Anytime I’ve had an issue with anything, it gets resolved pretty fast. I’d definitely recommend living here.

I love living at The Heights! The office staff is incredibly friendly and always helpful, and the maintenance team responds to requests quickly and gets the job done. One of my favorite things about The Heights is the apartment layout—I love having my own bathroom, as well as an additional bathroom in the common area for guests. I also really enjoy all the giveaways and events the office hosts for residents. The Heights is by far my favorite place I’ve lived since moving off campus.

Living at The Heights my senior year was a great choice! I have lived at other complexes and did not have a good experience, this has been a huge difference. I was able to live with 3 of my friends and we never had any issues. If anything needed fixed maintenance would fix it within a day and the office staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend living here!
