We have 4 rooms available in our 4 Bed, 2 Bath house. The rooms vary in size as do the pricing. If you do want to have someone else stay with you it would be an additional $300. This house features a large common area including a kitchen with all... appliances, dining room with table and chairs, and a living room including couches, coffee table, tv stand, and a large tv with streaming services already installed. WiFi has been installed and is included in the price. Additionally there are 2 full baths, 1 has a tub while the other is a standup shower.
