I have lived here for a year. The community is good. Maintenance is good overall. I did have an issue with the roof in the winter that took months to fix. The office staff is adequate and will work with you on issues that arise. It is conveniently located to most anything you could need or want.

Shillington Commons is the perfect place to live if you are looking for suburban living with great schools, parks, pools, and shopping centers all in the neighborhood.
