Me and my significant other wanted to apply here and asked if they had anyone else apply for the apartment we wanted. They said no so we applied, then they took over a week to process our application. We got a call during it still being processed saying they gave our apartment away. Safe to say we will not be living there.

Curb appeal is nice, they look like townhouses. The rent is reasonable for the area, includes basic cable. They keep the grounds up and are immediate with snow removal. All rooms are quite spacious, 2 large bedrooms, nice size kitchen and livingroom. Maintenance comes immediately when called. Very pleased.

I never imagined a one-bedroom apartment would agree with me more after selling my home! As soon as I arrived to tour the apartments, you could see the property was very, well maintained. The Manager answered all my questions while showing me available units and responded immediately with questions and concerns I had before making my decision. The layout is ideal and the closet space is amazing. I'm very pleased I found a location that makes me feel so comfortable!

Welcome home!!! Talk about location, Plymouth Towne Apts. is where you want to be. You are minutes away from The Plymouth Meeting Mall, King of Prussia Mall and the Metroplex. You could shop & eat every night of the week for a month and never shop or eat at the same place twice. The entrance to the Blue Route, Pa. turnpike and 202 are less than 5 minutes away. You're in the Colonial school district, which is one of the best in the area. The apartment complex has been recently renovated inside &... out, first of all, many of the apartments have brand new appliances. Each building has a new roof. Downspouts and shutters have been replaced where necessary & the solid wood doors, window frames have all been freshly painted. Best of all you can't beat the price....

These apartments are in the middle of everything. It does not take long to get to the local mall, hospital, restaurants or car dealerships. The apartments are well kept when you move in. Everything on move in day is how it is expected to be. Very quiet and safe feeling area. Management is respectable and continues to work to keep the area clean and well kept. They are very quick in attending to a concern. Everything runs on electric in the apartments and works very well. There is no built in... microwave. Management also pays for basic cable.
