Horrible experience, stay FAR away from this building
My last review was hidden, so I'm back. Move here, if you want to be without Air conditioning in the summer, and without heat in the winter. And to sweeten the deal, the building will not compensate you for anything! They spent all of their money on unnecessary "renovations" to the lobby and basement (that haven't been completed in 12 months), but won't invest in a working HVAC system. To top in all off, because the building is broke, they are renting rooms out with Air BNB so there are random... non-residents roaming the building on a daily basis!

PERFECT location and great amenities
I recently just moved in and I couldn't be happier. The location is perfect, I can walk to The Strip in 5 minutes, which has the best restaurants and bars. The fitness center is HUGE and they are about to undergo major renovations to the lobby and community room. Highly recommend living here!

Great Place to Live and Great Management!
Great location, my apartment is huge and has great light. The manager has done a great job of communicating with us and the new management has been great. I'm excited to see the renovations that are coming!

Horrible HVAC system and bad management
You will be without ac and heat during the worst times of the year. Save yourself the struggle and dont live here

Constant HVAC Issues
Since the new management took over in April 2024, the HVAC system has remained broken, leaving residents without air conditioning during the hottest months of the year.
In April, we were told that major updates to the system were underway. Despite these assurances, the HVAC broke again in May, and we waited weeks for replacement parts.
In July, the system failed once more. We were again told that parts were on order and that underlying issues were being addressed.
In early August, during one... of the hottest months of the year, the AC stopped working yet again. This time, management claimed they were ordering a backlog of parts to prevent future delays.
Just 2-3 weeks later, the AC failed again during the peak of summer.
The only solution offered throughout all of this was small portable units that couldn’t cool entire apartments.
Despite repeated assurances that the next round of fixes would resolve the issues and everything would be be back to normal, the HVAC issues have persisted all summer. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend living here.
