Very old building

Filthy on the inside with ongoing issues and it's become a very low income style complex

Nice, Updated Apartment in a Convenient Location

My roommate and I spent months looking for a newly updated apartment not too far from the city. We found this place and have been happily living here since! All of the appliance are new. The location is close to tons of retail and is in a very safe neighborhood. We are also only about a 20 minute drive to the city. The landlord has been fantastic and has fixed any problems we have encountered. I would definitely recommend The Atwood!
