Serious maintenance issues repeatedly left unresolved
I have been trying to resolve a serious maintenance and pest issue since August 22. I contacted multiple staff members, called the emergency maintenance line, sent several emails, and submitted multiple maintenance requests.
As of August 28, I am still dealing with an active pest issue and a completely nonfunctional refrigerator. The refrigerator does not cool at all and its interior light does not work.
Most concerningly, the refrigerator maintenance request was marked “Completed” even though... the refrigerator is still completely nonfunctional and has not been repaired or replaced.
I have repeatedly tried to resolve these issues directly with management and am still waiting for professional pest control and a functioning refrigerator.
I will update this review if management resolves the issues.

Anon, we’re sorry for the condition you encountered upon returning from being away for an extended period of time and understand how frustrating this has been. Our team has been trying to work with you and is prepared to address both concerns. Before... maintenance can evaluate the refrigerator and determine whether repair or replacement is necessary, all spoiled food and other contents must be removed and the appliance made accessible. We will coordinate professional pest-control service as part of the resolution if once items are removed the issue persists. A member of our management team will be reaching out to you directly to complete these next steps as quickly as possible.

Love it here! The facilities here are amazing. I love how kind the staff here are to residents. I also love how we are able to auto pay the rent. Only concern is the washer and dryer have very limited capacity here.

Throughout my time as a resident, I have had a positive and rewarding living experience that has helped me grow both personally and professionally. Living in a residential community allowed me to develop strong communication skills, learn how to live respectfully with others, and become more involved in community activities.
One of the most valuable aspects of my experience was interacting with people from diverse backgrounds. Sharing common spaces and participating in community events gave me... opportunities to build meaningful relationships and learn from different perspectives. I love it here! The front office is so easy to talk to and I am able to go to them with all my problems. Also the maintenance staff is so easy to work with and they are also super helpful!

not great! wouldn’t suggest it to people moving to the area. package system is bad, staff doesn’t care about residents. i fill out reviews for the points in the portal thing because i like the giftcards
