I have been living here for 7 months and have had no problems at all very quiet and i have no complaints at all. i would recommend these apt to any one . very nice owners . If I need anything done maintenance is here within 2 days .

Well, the outside looks horrible, wood and bricks are cracking, maintenance comes a few days after you call the fifth time, sometimes the grass gets mowed, ants and spiders are abundant. There are no common areas to visit or complain about, distance to public transit is about half a mile, no laundry in facility, but there is a nice laundromat a block away. A few stores within a half-mile walking distance up and down hills, but there is a beer distributer and a vehicle repair shop across the... street! Neighborhood seems very safe and quiet. Suburban streets with little traffic. Rent is very cheap, but of course it will be going up. I hope to find a new place before this building falls down. Read More
