Avoid it
The first issue was that the company increased the rent by $15 over the listed price. Even though the website still listed the unit at the lower price, they would not honor it.
I secured my studio unit two months ago. Upon moving in on August 1st, the unit looks exactly the same as it did two months prior. The stove was not installed before the start of my lease. Here on the second day of my lease, the tub/shower still does not work. Imagine not being able to bathe after moving all day and... being told it likely won't be addressed until the following week. They left the same disgusting tub and fixtures from when the property was a motel. No wonder it's not in working order. The renovation was poorly done in my unit. Unfinished, exposed/splintering wood is visible from the tiny cabinet installation in the kitchen. The bathroom sink is missing and entire side panel. Paint overspray in random places. It's as if they didn't care to complete the work.
I have been offered promises of follow up, but no actual resolution. I keep being told to submit maintenance requests for things that should have been resolved and inspected in the TWO MONTHS prior to my move in. I wish I had avoided this headache, and I encourage you to look elsewhere. I am beyond disappointed that I'll have to be here for a year.
