Had a wonderful tour and learned a lot about the building! Super excited to see the scheduled renovations and was very impressed with the amenities. The future gym upgrades were nice to hear about and the reservable party rooms were so unique. Katelyn did a nice job showing me around, especially in the model room

This property is beautiful and in a great location. The staff was very helpful during my tour and afterwards when I was applying. The building is well kept and the units I saw were spacious and modern. The gym and other amenities were also nicer than some of the other apartments I toured. Overall, I’m very excited to move in.

Recently toured the property as I am looking to move to the city for work. I had a great experience touring with Katelyn as she answered all my questions and was very professional and personable. The property itself was very impressive and I especially appreciated how clean everything was. Even if it’s just a tour to get a feel for the area I would definitely recommend checking out this apartment.

I moved here from the South Side and have really enjoyed how peaceful and quiet it is while still being close to everything. Being right off the trail has been one of my favorite parts. I was also really happy to see the pool stay open past Labor Day! The new management team has been very welcoming, attentive, and responsive. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living here.

We have lived here since 2019. Over time, and particularly with the new management, I can’t recommend it to anyone. The common areas are filthy, the carpets need to be replaced and “corporate” is unresponsive. Very expensive for what it is. The location and parking facilities are great, though the price for charging your electric car is very high.
The package room is a mess.
