Love the Edge

The location is truly unbeatable, with easy access to everything you could need while still feeling comfortable and convenient day to day. The building itself is beautiful, modern, and well-maintained, which makes living here feel both comfortable and upscale. On top of that, the staff are consistently kind, professional, and attentive—they genuinely care about residents and are always willing to help when needed. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to live, and I would highly recommend it to... anyone looking for a great living experience.

Awful new ownership/management

We’ve lived here for multiple years and have seen 3-4 iterations of building management between the original owner (NRP) and new ownership (Two Coast Living). Ups and downs across the years but things have been especially bad since Two Coast took over in the past few months.

EVERYTHING in the common areas is broken (TVs in gym either don’t work or are stuck on one channel, package concierge has been broken for months, common area wifi will connect to your device and basically stops there… I...
could go on).

On top of the poor maintenance, they are trying to sucker residents with +10-15% all-in cost to lease renewals, including a brand new “amenities fee” (which, as I mentioned, isn’t exactly showing a return to residents at the moment).

If that’s not enough to scare you away just know that they’re planning some sorts of “renovations” or “construction” in the building (but can give only nondescript answers when pressed on what this means)… be prepared to not have access to some of those “amenities” for large portions of your lease.

There’s cheaper, newer, and nicer options in the Strip. LOOK ELSEWHERE!
