Property Highlights

This second floor, one bedroom apartment was recently renovated with hardwood floors, ceramic tile in the kitchen and bath, garbage disposal, dishwasher, built in microwave, glass top stove, and oak cabinets. We provide a window AC and tenants pay electric only. The heating is electric baseboard heat. This is a renovated 26 unit building, conveniently located a short walk away from the University of Pittsburgh, Carlow University, hospitals, and everything Oakland has to offer! Each unit has one assigned off street parking space included in the rent. There is coin operated laundry and extra storage in the basement. There are bike racks inside the building on each floor. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays electric. There's electric baseboard heat and we provide one AC unit. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties. All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Leases at our Oakland properties can end July 15th, July 31st, or August 15th of each year.
