The Layout & Flexible Furnishing
The home is currently fully furnished, making it perfect for corporate professionals, families in transition, or anyone wanting a pack-your-bags move-in. That said, if you love the house for a long-term stay but have your own things, we are open to negotiating a light or unfurnished setup (a service fee applies to cover moving and storing the current furniture).

Current configuration:
Bedroom 1: Cozy Queen bed.
Bedroom 2: Twin bed (the room is large enough if you'd prefer to bring a Full or Queen).
Office/Study: A quiet, dedicated workspace that easily doubles as a 3rd Bedroom (comes with a Twin futon, can hold a Full).
Functional, open-plan living space including large dining space and bonus upstairs open-pan den/family room.
Central A/C and a large yard and porch.
Dedicated off-street parking with space for 2 3 cars.

Recent 2026 Upgrades
Kitchen: Completely refreshed with brand-new appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher).
The Bathroom: Features a brand-new, luxury spa/steam shower perfect for winding down.

Privacy & Setup
The owner resides in the completely separate lower-level apartment, with allocated parking in the back and a dedicated entrance. The front yard, main porch, and top driveway are essentially yours to enjoy plus the unit is entirely private, with two independent entryways and a secure door between the units.

Flexible Stays & Rates
Monthly Stays: $2,400/month (All-inclusive).
Short-Term Stays: $950/week or $300/day (plus cleaning fee).

Monthly rent is also inclusive of mandatory cleaning to maintain the 2026 refurbishments. For long-term stays, a security deposit is required.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Property is generally a pet-free environment.

Tenants must provide proof of Renter's Liability Insurance prior to move-in.
