The building is close to the city but far enough away where you can lay back and relax. If you are looking to take a stroll in the heart of the city, it is a short 10 minute drive. If instead you want to enjoy a nice walk along the waterfront or trails, it is only a 3 minute walk!

Super loud. They say it is 1200 sqft but it is closer to 800. Hot water, dishwasher, garbage disposal, fridge, and washing machine didn’t work when we arrived and it took nearly a week to fix some of them. Hot water now is scalding hot and the washing machine still doesn’t work. They are super wishy washy about everything. No views of the river, no amenities. Grill on roof is absolutely disgusting. I can’t believe I signed a lease with this scam of a company.
