Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the apartments are pretty nice. Aside from that, there's a real serious problem within the whole building when it comes to rodents pests and bedbugs. The management company (atlas property) doesn't make it any easier to get through to them. Let alone they try to charge you for all of the extermination fees, even if they've been within the rental agreement guidelines (within the first 30 days). I still have an outstanding balance of $800 that I will not... pay because it was the first day I came to the apartment that I noticed roaches and bed bugs, even though I had no furniture at the time. Let alone it definitely does NOT cost 800$ for an exterminator. Absolutely rude staff, careless and they take forever to get back to you, if they ever do. I'm definitely leaving sooner than the lease term.
