Great if you want to hear everything your upstairs neighbor does
Been living here for a couple months now and the property and location are amazing. Just can't get over the fact that the walls are seriously paper thin. I can hear every footstep, conversation, and phone call from the people above me. I can barely even walk on my floor without my downstairs neighbors getting pissed and throwing a fit, its unbearable. I feel like I have to tip toe around my own apartment because the floors are just so thin. I have been woken up multiple times just by my upstairs... neighbors waking normally in their apartment. Steer clear if you have an animal especially. There are probably much better options in Old City for the price I am paying. Something to keep in mind since I was not aware of this issue before I signed my lease.

Good place, however...
Overall, living in this apartment building has been a positive experience. The management is responsive and attentive to residents' needs, the facilities are well-maintained and clean, and the location is convenient. However, there is a significant drawback that cannot be ignored: the elevators are consistently out of service.
While the management team cites difficulties in obtaining replacement parts as the reason for the frequent elevator breakdowns, it has come to light that the real issue... may be a lack of willingness to invest in necessary upgrades due to cost concerns.
This poses a significant inconvenience, particularly for residents who are moving in or out and must rely on the elevators to transport their belongings. Having to navigate multiple flights of stairs with heavy items is not only physically demanding but also potentially hazardous.
In addition to the persistent elevator issues, another concern that affects residents' safety and convenience is the inadequate lighting in certain stairwells. This lack of proper illumination not only makes navigating the stairs more difficult, especially at night or in dimly lit conditions, but it also poses a safety hazard for residents and guests alike.
While the other positive aspects of the building may outweigh this flaw for some, the elevator situation is a glaring problem that needs to be addressed promptly and effectively.
Residents should not have to endure the inconvenience and safety risks associated with malfunctioning elevators due to management's reluctance to invest in necessary repairs or upgrades. Such disregard for resident comfort and safety is unacceptable and warrants serious attention from the administration.

There are much better options in Old City
Management seems out of touch often. There are much better deals within Old City for a cheaper price. Appliances within each unit are very cheap and break often. Mail room is constantly a mess. Neighborhood can be very loud at times, including the dogs that constantly bark within the complex. This is not even including the crime alerts I get on a day to day basis that are less than a block away.
You don't have to look much further than a block to find a better deal. I plan on moving out when my... lease ends.
