Had a great experience living here! The landlords are super nice and responsive, and maintenance is always quick and helpful. The apartments are modern and the building is really well kept.
The location is perfect - quiet but still an easy walk to everything in Northern Liberties. Definitely recommend!!

Awesome Building and Management
I’ve lived here since the building opened (3+ years), and am only leaving due to a move out of state. The landlords are a couple who manage the building privately—they are incredibly responsive, fix things quickly, and constantly improve the building. The building itself is well built, has an awesome roof and indoor parking garage, as well as a gym with a sauna. Couldn’t recommend it more

Amazing Apartment
We were able to stay in our unit for 3 years and absolutely loved it. Gorgeous city views and lots of natural light! The shared roof space is great for meeting with friends and neighbors. Having the gym in the building, with a sauna, is super convenient. Everything in the building was well maintained and the owners of the property were super responsive whenever we had a problem. We will miss living here!

amazing apartment!!
I absolutely love living in this apartment! The gym and sauna are very nice, the big rooftop offers stunning views and is a great place to unwind. The entire complex is clean and well-maintained, making it a joy to come home to. The location is unbeatable, with everything you need within walking distance (second st). the landlords are amazing - friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. My favorite part of all of it is the heated garage in the winter. Street parking is also very easy at... this location!

Great building and ownership!
My time at The Randolph was great. The finishes and layout to the apartment were top notch. There is great sound proofing and a lot of attention to detail was spent in construction. Very convenient location. The common areas are always clean. And ownership is amazing and super helpful!
