Decent price for area, bad new ownership
The building has a doorman, fitness center and basketball court, and the unit pricing is somewhat average for all those amenities in this area. However the new management has been so money hungry and poor at responding to issues.

Lived here for three years - loved it and hated to move!
My partner and I lived here in a "-05" apartment from Feb 2014 until Feb 2017. We had a great experience with The Metropolitan. The front desk staff, especially Laurie, are great. Move in and out went off without a hitch, and we received our full security deposit back within three weeks of moving out. The few maintenance issues we had were resolved within 1-2 business days; Fran of the building management/maintenance team is AMAZING. Great apartment and hated to leave, but had to move out of... state!
