Repeated thefts and zero response from management
Poor building quality is one thing—thin walls where you can hear your neighbors, loud AC units, and cheap appliances might be something you can tolerate.
But what’s truly unacceptable is the complete disregard for safety concerns and the management’s repeated pattern of ignoring them. It’s not just that problems exist—it’s that they’re never addressed, no matter how many times you raise them.
My first bike was stolen on February 5. Nothing was done. Now my second bike has been stolen, and... management is just ignoring my emails. No response, no accountability, no action.
This building has issues, and the real problem is that no one’s willing to fix them.
