Poor management, it’s very hard to get in touch with anybody from management, constant issue with the water, upkeep of building is very poor, walls are thin you can literally hear your neighbors talking

New management has been very difficult to communicate with. Very often smells like weed or cigarettes in elevators, which I overheard a resident talking about dealing drugs. I've had constant noisy neighbors surrounding my apartment. Nothing luxury about this place, knowing what I know now. Big misrepresentation.

Management at this places does a great job managing the building and making sure everything is running smoothly. The cleaning services always has the place extremely clean. Maintenance always completes the work order fast and leaves no mess behind. This is a great place to choose to live with its east access to everything surrounding it

No place is perfect. But this place is as close to perfect as you can get with an apartment community. From management, leasing agents, concierges, cleaning, and maintenance staff. I've had interaction with everyone on at least 1 occasion. Whatever needed to be addressed was handled and handled timely.
I highly recommend this community. Even though I don't have a dog, I hardly know it's a pet-loving community. What I mean is there are dogs on my floor, but when I enter my home, I hear nothing.... Thought was put into the material to absorb sound above and around my unit.
I'm in love with my new home. I highly recommend The Dane as a wonderful place to live!
