Nothing is actually repaired, it is just painted over. They claim they are renovating the bathroom, but all they did was put paint over the tub. You cannot even properly clean it because the paint constantly peels. Nothing is truly fixed. I have complained about multiple issues, and they are either dragged out, barely addressed, or simply patched up.

The building itself also has a terrible smell. I have to keep air purifiers running in nearly every room because what they do not tell you before... you sign the lease is that this is a smoking building. Had I known that beforehand, I would never have moved in.

There are times when I walk into the hallway and smell cigarette smoke or marijuana smoke, and it is so strong that it literally smells like someone is smoking inside my own apartment.

I contacted this apartment complex about a one-bedroom unit and provided income information when asked. The communication quickly became unprofessional. Rather than clearly explaining their policies or requirements, management made unnecessary comments about my family situation and eventually sent an email saying, ‘you’re definitely not someone we want.’ As someone simply inquiring about housing, I found the interaction disrespectful and inappropriate. The Belmont has been a great experience for our almost 3 year stay. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and attentive. Whenever there is an issue they take care of it in a timely matter. The grounds are well maintained and the building is very quiet.

There are no amenities on site. They list the units lower to get you to tour this horrible place. There were roaches everywhere, the laundry machines all said out of order. The unit had 50 coats of paint, right over every outlet and switch too, one solid color floor to ceiling. They wasted my morning, don't let them waste yours.

Got locked out of my place, maintenance didn't answer, emergency line didn't answer, property manager didn't answer. I had the tools and simply removed the door knob then replaced with a new one and offered keys. The maintenance guy came a week later, demanded $100 cash and took my knob. They couldn't give me a solid reason for the $300 rent raise, cockroaches everywhere. Way better places in this area
