Just OK
This building does not care about it's tenants other than taking their money. Current management is unhelpful, and untimely in their support. I have not had heat in my apt this entire winter, though it seems HVAC repairs have been ongoing for months. The construction does not get cleaned up on a regular basis, resulting in messy hallways with exposed pipes, etc in the ceiling for extended periods of time. Rent has been raised by several hundred dollars based on minor, unimpressive improvements... to the apt. Look elsewhere.

Roaches and Poor management
Couldn’t give a 0, so I gave 1 star. This place is absolutely disgusting. They have a cockroach infestation and management has not had any type of extermination or pest control for months. This used to be a nice place to live, but the new management is clearly fiscally irresponsible as they’ve allowed the previous extermination contract to go into default. They do not fix basic maintenance issues like the elevator. Front desk staff are constantly changing and pests are all over the building.... Maintenance requests are closed without action and property manager is dismissive of resident and employee complaints. Stay away!!!! Trust me, I’m saving you. I’m leaving as soon as possible.
