This apartment complex charges high rent but has very old appliances and no real upgrades. The building, both inside and outside, is extremely dirty. There’s dog poop everywhere on the property I’m constantly stepping in it. Inside, the ceiling tiles are torn up, and some parts of the ceiling are completely missing, leaving pipes exposed, which is very unsafe. On top of that, there is a serious RAT/MICE problem throughout the property, both inside and outside it’s like living in terror. The... interior is very outdated compared to other apartments in the area, with issues like uneven floor tiles that have never been addressed. If you enjoy waking up at 3 am to the smell of smoke this place is for you !!! Complain all you want they literally don’t care. Whole building reeks of cigarette smoke. It’s hilarious because they put on their website that they are a smoke free complex. Lies! Do not rent here.

Maintenance doesn't know what they're talking about 90% of the time.

There is a terrible mice infestation in the whole apartment complex. Don't let them tell you otherwise. Management will lie to your face about not having any sort of mice problems. Make sure you read reviews and talk to residents who actually LIVE there about the apartment complex. I had to become my own exterminator because the lack of communication from management was horrendous.

You're better off somewhere else unless you love to be let down by people and love having Ratatouille come into... your kitchen at night and cook a 4-course meal. Consider this a warning.
