Excellent location with beautiful updated interiors
Pastorius Courts in the perfect place if you work in the city or the burbs. Its centrally located just minutes from I-76 as well as off Lincoln Drive which leads you into the city. I rented a 2bd/2bth that had been upgraded and I loved the new finishes. My washer/dryer was in my unit and was brand new when I moved in. Also, the maintenance guy lives on at the apartments, so its always a quick response when there is an issue. Also, the people that live here are all young professionals so I felt... comfortable. My rent was reasonably low compared to a lot of the other properties. The building is a classic old Philadelphia building with a lot of charm! I love this place and just renewed for another year!
