The front door to Building B has been broken since I arrived a year ago. Sometimes homeless people sleep in the stairwell or on the hallway floor. And Maintenance leaves much to be desired. Not only is it hard to get in touch with through Mt Airy’s their person call system. Once the request is made you are left at the liberty of if the maintenance person will come are not even though they “live” on the premises. Also when request are submitted there is not communication as to when it will be... resolved. I reported Roaches on 03/04/10 and since then nothing has been done and no one has contacted me as of 03/14/21. If you need desire a apartment community that will provide assistance when you need it for maintenance this is not the place. It is fine for everything esker considering the price. Mice, bedbugs, roaches, overflowing trash bins, water leaking from ceiling, (other bugs I never saw). Does not fulfill maintenance requests properly. Expensive. DON"T DO IT!!!!!!!

While I am fortunate to have a roof over my head I would rather spend the money else where. Over Priced.No Amenities. Everyday there is something different. Radiator(in my apartment at least) doesn't work properly When I complained I really horrible attitudes and was told heat is capped at 72, but at 30 degrees outside my radiator is cold to the touch except for the one spot M pointed his stupid laser thermometer and said its reading 89, not possible if its capped and he said his self "Your... thermostat reads 70, yeah cause I been using my space heater(Fire hazard! As if they give a )" The shut off water and conduct alarm testing several times out of no where. This is NOT the place to live especially if your a 3rd shift professional. The Street noise depending where your unit is located you may as well live in center city. The banging of entry doors. This building has NO sound resistance to outside noises so forget studying as well, and if you want to attempt sleep use ear plugs.
