My stay has been quiet and pleasant so far. The neighbors are just friendly enough. The building has intercom system, Which i like. The grounds are very well kept. Trash is picked up every monday. The building manager is professional and friendly and does a decent job at seeing that request are met in a timely manner. Recently minor renovations have been taken place, cameras put in, new windows, and parking area paved. The bathroom is a little dated, but managable. My two bedroom is spacious and... bright with plenty of natural light from nicely sized windows, which also offer good breeze.
