With my time at Marine Club, it all started off great. I enjoyed my space and everything that came with the apartment and community. I overlooked the hallways because I was told in 2024 the hallways will be renovated. Fast forward to 2026 and the only areas updated? The front hallway and lobby area. The gym has equipment from a former gym tenant that no longer exists, still there but some of it is broken with no repairs in sight. The jacuzzi they tote around during the tour, yeah that’s was... promised to be fixed 6 years ago from what I was told from a former tenant that funny enough lived in my same unit before me. In my specific building, they let a person on the first floor who is a safety risk to the whole complex bring their VERY questionable guests who come in and cause a scene, one of which broke a door to get out of the courtyard into one of the buildings. In building C, the elevator is consistently getting stuck on floors, randomly stopping and even shaking before returning to the first floor, to the point where sometimes during the winter it would be out of commission for DAYS at a time and living on the 7th floor it gets to a point where you just don’t want to deal with it and getting the maintenance team/complex owners to properly address it involves consistent nagging. They are 100% aware of all the issues present with the complex as a whole but will not address issues until it is completely necessary under their own guidelines of what they deem that. My own personal gripes with the complex, 3 weeks-ish after moving in August 2024, my washer/dryer unit was giving me issues. It was not until February 2026 for them to FINALLY give me a new unit after going back and forth with them and the maintenance staff giving my original replacement unit to an AirBnB in the complex, which in my opinion shows how much they care for the ACTUAL residents. I also wanted them to address the issue with my windows letting cold air through-out the winter. They claimed to have fixed it but the issues are still present. And lastly, my ceiling is falling and the patch is getting bigger by the week.
All this being said, Please do research prior to hastily applying and moving into a community, because you never know what you’re dealing with until it’s too late.
PS, there horrid bug and rodent issue that they know about but haven’t done anything about.

Mold The other side of the wall is dirty with mold(that’s what we think is what we have). Ceiling wasn’t repaired or checked.

Management Dishonest and Shady/Maintenance a joke MOLD problem
Single women beware! Have had both maintenance and STRANGERS walk in while I'm sleeping. Often told by management they emailed first. Management (ED) has no problem blatantly lying to suit his needs.
There are rampant leaks that maintenance seems to chase around the building, resulting in many mold issues, black mold on ceilings is a given. Don't fall for the pretty pictures they use to advertise. There are huge issues with this building and management does not care. If you like mold,... rodents, roaches and your privacy invaded without notice, rent here. If not, RUN to the next available place and get a safe place.
The only saving grace is the friendly front desk personnel. But even they are told to lie for management, so beware. No straight answers to be found when you have an issue that needs dealt with.
