If you want to save yourself the headache of moving here and then having to move right back out, do not move here.

This property has gone completely downhill, while the fees continue to go up. It feels like residents are being charged for absolutely everything, including services that should be part of maintaining the property.

They now charge a trash valet fee, even though this service used to be included. Trash pickup is only Monday through Friday, and even then, there are times when the... trash is not picked up. Bags are left sitting in the hallways, which causes terrible odors and attracts pests. The dumpster areas are often overflowing with trash and look completely neglected. The property used to be kept much cleaner, but that is definitely no longer the case.

The additional fees have also gotten out of control. Pest control, trash, and other basic property-related services come with additional charges. At some point, you have to ask what exactly the rent is covering when residents are constantly being billed for services related to the basic upkeep of the property.

The trash situation has gotten so bad that there are now issues with pests, including roaches, and the hallways can smell horrible from garbage sitting outside residents’ doors.

And do not get me started on the package system. You cannot even have packages conveniently delivered to your own home without dealing with their package service and its restrictions.

For what residents are paying in rent and additional fees, the level of cleanliness, property upkeep, and service should be significantly better. Instead, it feels like the costs keep increasing while the quality of living here keeps decreasing.

The quality of the residents has declined. The way residents place their garbage and recycling out is ridiculous. The move out process needs to be improved. The way residents leave furniture, mattresses, etc leads to a lower standard of living.

The control of the pool needs to be better maintained. Too many instances of residents having guests in the pool area after hours is unsafe.

Great apartment space and accommodations. The furniture trashed around the dumpster and on each level of the parking lot is problematic. Delays in pick up and clean up. Also covered parking is not worth the monthly payment as they have allowed anyone to have access with lack of security gates only identifying cars that paid.

The issues I have with the complex remains the same. No security, paying for parking when the arm gates continue to get broken, no longer having the Fetch service and now the speed bumps installed. These speed bumps are wreaking havoc on my car. I have talked to several tenants, same complaint about these speed bumps. I truly have not lived anywhere that had such poor management and an alarm that has being going off for over two years without a resolution but every day management has time to thing of stupid ideas to make the stay here more inconvenient. Exhibit A the speed bumps at the entry and exit points just why. Management should try driving in let alone pregnant. I truly hate it here!!!
