The building is insecure with frequent intruders who vandalize the building with spray paint and urine. When I took my dog out late at night, there were always people sleeping in the lobby. It made me feel unsafe

Evil of the management.
On 6/1/2019, A fire broke out in the building that I was living in at 2780 Manchester st . The building was condemned by L&I due to a hole cut in the roof to put the fire out. The tenants were put into either other apartments or their other properties. I was left on the streets. They did claim that they had an efficiency but had rented it when they could have placed me there. I am presently speaking with a lawyer and to let you know, I have been on the streets for 52 days as of today 7/22/2019... as I write this. There is much bias that goes on with this management and this manager is the senior manager of "Liss Properties"! Do not beleive their review of what they say about the condition of their apartments or the emenities that they claim because, It is not true !! BEWARE of these apartments of "Liss Properties" and how the management is. You move there, You will wish that you didnt ! I will write another review to let you all know the outcome of court ! I did write an excellent review previously but, that was before I got to know about the managements Bias towards me ! This story can be proven with the fire and, I just might call "Fox-29" and have these people looked at !! "Happy apartment hunting" with Other properties !!

A Comfy place to call home
Manchester apartments is a well kept place to call home....the up keep of this place is great...I have never had any issues with my packages being delivered why I was not home.
Because each building has six units per building it allows you to get familiar with your neighbors.
The carpet in the halls and up the stairs are always shampooed and smelling so fresh.....I am not kidding you.....they have a carpet cleaner guy who ha sbeen with them for many years...
Maintenance is friendly and... mindful of your space and time....they make it so very easy and convienant for you to go on-line to make request for repairs, pay your rent etc.
They also have a great referral system....no gimmick.... I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys peace and comfort as well as being near most shopping areas.....Franklin mills...Cottman malll...etc....
Not to mention Liss properties who actually own this place as well as 13 others....and they welcome you to transfer to either location if you like while making it affordable....

Manchester Apartments No Place Like Home!
This apartment complex is close to shopping centers, banks, hospital and doctors offices and is well maintained and pet friendly. One two and three bedroom apts, are all electric, have air conditioning, wall to wall carpets and fully equipped kitchens. The doors are security locked also with key entry front and back. Maintainance is excellent here and fast too! There is even a little doggie park for the dog walks.
