The original landlord was amazing. But the building was sold in April 2025 and the new landlords are trash. Disregard any review before April 2025 because those are from the old landlord. We now have roaches because they never come to the building and trash builds up. they won't do anything about broken locks so we're having more safety issues. They don't respond to service requests.
The building itself is cheap with no amenities. It was built fast and cheap so many units have issues. There's... no insulation so you hear everything. The neighbourhood is unsafe and you can't go out at night. Since the new management took over almost all the original tenants are rightfully leaving.

Luxury apartments with great prices
A beautiful, new luxury apartment building in University City, close to the campuses. The building is incredible with rooftop deck area, gym, conference room, indoor bike storage, private parking, street parking, modern accessibility and new appliances. Can't recommend enough for the proximity and the pricing!

Great building and Management
I recently moved into Haverford Lofts apartments and I can confidently say it has been a great experience so far! The building management is extremely responsive and welcoming, making the move-in process smooth and hassle-free.

Beautiful New Units!
Was very pleased with these units! Beautiful building, brand new & clean apartments. Leasing staff was very professional and easy to work with.
