Graduate Pointe made everyday living pretty easy. The apartment layout was practical, the finishes felt updated, and the location worked well for getting around the Graduate Hospital area. It was a comfortable place to settle into a routine.

I have lived at Graduate Pointe since they first opened (going on 2 years now), and have only great things to say. The apartments are beautiful and modern, the location is amazing (walking distance to Penn/CHOP/Center City), and the amenities (gym, bike storage, secured package/cold storage, security, rooftop, and patio area) are unbeatable. Management is always very helpful. There are great parking options, both assigned/covered spots and free (non-permit) street parking, which is a rare find... in Philly. Can't recommend it enough!

I have rented a 1BD at graduate pointe for almost 2 years and I really enjoyed it. The location is conveniently located to Penn/CHOP, some neighborhood restaurants, and offers parking on site or free street parking right across the street.
The apartments have a modern design with new appliances. If there is an issue with the appliances, they are usually resolved by the maintenance team within a day. The north facing apartments also offer a fantastic view of Philly’s skyline from the bedroom... window or the balcony.
The amenities (gym, rooftop and social area on the 2nd floor) are clean and a great spot to get to know your neighbors.

This is my second year living here and I still really like it. It's a great value. Very hard to find other buildings with amenities and parking at similar prices. The kitchen and appliances are really nice too.

I've really enjoyed my time living at Graduate Pointe. It's an easy commute to UPenn where I currently go to school and Center City. The gym and rooftop is really nice. Maintenance always responds really quickly too.
