Decent value given the location and size
Having lived here for over two years I haven’t run into a whole lot of issues that required the management offices assistance. This year, I started noticing mice droppings everywhere. Management had the exterminator stop by to place a poison trap. Long story short, the poison traps didn’t really do anything and I had to buy my own traps. I caught 9 mice in a 6 week period. I sincerely caution against moving in here unless you’ve literally no other options.

Absent management
The apartments and building are nice. The location is great. However management has consistently ignored service requests. The online portal is like a black box and you get confirmations that the requests have been logged but no follow up. Calls are not returned. Ongoing construction in the lobby indicates that labor to complete the work is not the issue.
