Can’t wait to not live here anymore! Terry is never in the office. Never helps with anything storage unit was broken into because the maintenance men leave the doors propped open Terry said it was not her problem. Neighbors are so loud and dirty smoking in halls making apartments of non smokers stink. Mold grew in closet of my child’s room they painted over it I had to gut wall for safety myself they never fixed. Water pours in when it rains nothing done about it cabinets falling off noticed put... on doors CONSTANTLY saying you can not put this or that on your deck what kind of grill you are aloud to have and that your children can not play in the grass outside “ because it is for show” Terry chargers fees and makes up random reasons they are there and if you refused to pay because it was not in your contact she charges you a late fee on it. I can literally go on all day it is a nightmare and I’m heart broken I am in a year lease

Nice, Quiet Place To Call Home
Beechwood Gardens Apartments so far is a very nice place to call home. I moved into my unit in May 2015 and have been pleased so far. The neighbors are friendly and I rarely hear dogs barking since they are allowed in this complex. I'm not crazy about the dog population but I don't ever see droppings or anything else on the grounds. So, I guess the residents actually pick up after their dogs/cats which is very good. The pool area is nice and clean as well. The complex is near many places to shop... , eat and find entertainment (movies, skating, etc.)
