A better way of living
Next month will be 4 years living here. And in the 4 years i can honestly say in the last four months or so, iI have seen such a difference in the appearance of the property and the convience of more modern way to pay for the washers. I am pleased with the services all around. The rent went up pretty high but it is well worth the increase. At one point my comfort zone here wasn't all the great, that has changed and i have the best neighbors around. thank you

Austin Manor Apartments
This building is in the perfect location for me and my family. Two buses come less than a block from my apartment. One takes me to the Frankford Transportation Center where I can catch the elevated train, and the other bus takes me to the subway where I can go downtown or go to all the major sports stadiums. The post office is 3 blocks away, Wawa is 2 blocks away, and Dunking Donuts and Pathmark are 5 blocks away. We have a clean laundry room, I don't have to shovel snow, and we have storage... units in the building. Three of my six grandchildren live in the building, so my daughter has an in house babysitter.

Austin Manor
This apartment is good. I can walk to work. The bus stop is half a block away. When we need any maintenance, service is prompt and friendly.
