Great amenities and timely response with maintenance requests. 4 stars, not 5, because sometimes lines and wait times form for the elevator are long.

The apartment was given to me dirty. Maintenance is super nice. Noise from outside (especially if facing the pool) and the hallway is loud, but you can't hear neighbors.

Amenities are good. Location is good.
AC makes some noise. Elevator sometimes broken. Hot water sometimes unstable especially on higher floor.
Maintainence team responses fast. Leasing office keep updating the elevator issue. More interesting events compare to early last year.
